Groundwater breach: University of Texas West Campus neighborhood

Posting all communication by the city, the neighborhood assoc., + news sources in regard to groundwater breaching due to the scale of housing development. For over a year now, groundwater has been trickling east on 22nd st. w/ stagnant puddles at Pearl/22nd, posing access problems for people on wheelchairs, bikes, or those with mobility issues. There are reports of new breaches. Responsibility is on the private developers and city officials to fix this mess. It'll be our tax dollars at stake.
